Position Overview

The Contracts Administrator will be an important member of the Legal Affairs Team and a critical contributor to the Company's customer contracting process. The Contracts Administrator will also help support the continuous improvement and ongoing maintenance of the Company's record keeping system, assist in drafting various customer and legal correspondence, support the execution of contracts, vendor registrations, and RFP submissions. This individual will have the opportunity to expand their role by engaging and owning their responsibilities to bring value to the Legal Affairs Team in support of the Company mission.

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

Contract Administration

  • Completes forms and questionnaires required by customers' new vendor onboarding procedures
  • Coordinates with other departments, such as HR, Accounting, and IT, to gather information necessary to support customer contract documentation
  • Reviews and revises form agreements, such as our Subscription Agreement, in accordance with set guidelines and procedures, in order to support certain exceptions/customizations required by customers
  • Provides administrative support to the Business Development team to secure legal documentation and review forms required by various RFP processes
  • Expedites large document mailings/execution of legal documents (primarily via DocuSign) and gathers approvals and signatures from the Company's Authorized Signatories

Contract Lifecycle

  • Maintains the status logs of all outstanding contract documentation; works with internal teams, including Partner Success, Sales and Renewals, to ensure that all executed documentation is received and filed correctly
  • Maintains electronic files of company contracts, as well as supplemental documentation pertinent to the company's relationships; assists with the maintenance of Legal Affairs Team record keeping and filing; ensures historical files are complete and accurate


  • Assists Legal Affairs Team with various legal matters such as insurance documentation, customer requests, and copyright registrations
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally to complete form consulting agreements and SOWs for third parties the company engages from time to time in a contractor capacity
  • Assists with other adhoc projects as needed


  • 3+ years of experience working in a legal role or contracts administration capacity
  • Bachelor's degree required
