Position Overview

As a Strategic Accounts-Partnership Coordinator, you will be engaged with the Strategic Accounts team as well as our customers. Using your strong consultative selling skills, you will balance contacting warm inbound leads as well as driving self-sourced leads for the pipeline, while also partnering closely with internal stakeholders to achieve team goals and work towards Teaching Strategies' mission.

We focus on making sure you feel supported from day one by offering mentors, peer-to-peer programs, continued product and sales training, and check-ins to ensure that you have the right tools in your belt to be successful in your role!

Specific Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Position and present the value of Teaching Strategies products and solutions to district administrators, non-profits, and international
  • Educate and guide prospects through the customer's journey to help them learn how Teaching Strategies can grow and develop young minds
  • Generate new business opportunities with prospective new and current customers via phone and email outreach
  • Demonstrate to customers how our tools and resources align to their strategic priorities and promote positive outcomes for children
  • Develop a deep understanding of the early childhood education market and local initiatives to support multiple regions and countries
  • Serve as a valued partner and liaison for customers between presale and post sale
  • Create proposals and pricing models to complete the sales process, as well as create and maintain detailed, accurate customer records, including opportunity management, in Salesforce.com and SalesLoft Cadence Support
  • Provides amazing customer service and brings your own unique thoughts, strategies, and ideas to advance our mission and values at Teaching Strategies


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM (preferred)
  • SalesLoft (preferred)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask with maximum flexibility and independence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work in a highly collaborative, creative, and challenging environment
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
