Position overview

The Digital Content Management Associate comes from an editorial and tech background and has experience with building content architecture and file management. Collaborating with the in-house TechDev department on delivery of all content via a content management system with digital and print outputs, the Digital Content Manager oversees content ingestion and review, and works across multiple departments to meet all product deliverables.

Specific roles and responsibilities:

  • Coordinates the content release, tracking, and review processes across Content Development, Content Delivery, and TechDev departments to meet all deliverable deadlines
  • Manages the transfer of digital files throughout product development workflow
  • Diligently monitors timelines throughout product development workflow
  • Works closely with Content Development to identify new and revised content in order to define optimal user experience
  • Confirms that all content has been through the appropriate editorial and review processes prior to ingestion into the content management system
  • Ensures that review and validation of online content meets established standards for quality
  • Maintains strong, productive working relationships with business analysts, developers, writers, product managers, and print production team


  • Experience with content management systems or digital content delivery required
  • Experience using Jira tracking software (preferred)
  • Experience with or knowledge of print production
  • 2-3 years of experience providing editorial support in a professional environment
  • Ability to juggle multiple and varying projects simultaneously and to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Working knowledge of Teaching Strategies' products (preferred)
