Position overview:

As a Digital Designer within our Creative Department, you will be responsible for creating beautifully crafted digital experiences that answer specific strategic marketing objectives. You're a thinker. Every decision is intentional, and your work shows it. You're passionate about design and customer experiences, and are always on the lookout for new trends, ideas, and technology that will make the ordinary--extraordinary.


Specific roles and responsibilities:   

  • Works from a strategic creative brief and translate objectives into beautifully crafted digital experiences for our customers.
  • Shares thoughts and ideas with the team; collaborates freely and be open to new ideas and the thoughts of others.
  • Communicates clearly about "big ideas", design decisions, and basis in the success of the project.
  • Multi-tasks and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Concerns themselves with the details, and ensures designs are pixel perfect, working with developers to make sure they stay perfect all the way through to launch.
  • Curious and stays up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and tools available.


Who you are:

  • You're passionate about design with an eye for detail, typography and color.
  • You're not happy until the developed work represents your design vision.
  • You easily share ideas and are willing to jump in and help out the team wherever needed.
  • You defend your decisions, but also listen and incorporate constructive feedback.
  • You are curious and always on the lookout for new ways of working, techniques and best practices.
  • You're highly organized, and make sure that every box gets a check before launching a project.



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or other related areas of study preferred
  • 5+ years of experience designing for web, social, applications, interactive or other digital media. Agency experience a plus
  • Exceptional design skills
  • Ability to manage a project from concept to launch
  • Ability to translate a creative brief into a beautifully executed design
  • Understanding of UX/UI and able to utilize your knowledge in the design process
  • Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Expertise in Sketch and InVision
  • Proficient in Wordpress
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS (Enough to modify code in Wordpress if necessary)
  • 3D rendering or animation a plus
  • Video experience a plus
  • Portfolio submission or URL of work samples required
