Position Overview:

The field engineer will help to create and foster an awesome experience for our customers. The Field Engineer will be a critical aspect of our ability to be successful with our customers and have a top notch Customer Success organization.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities:

• Works closely with the Application Support Team, Escalation Manager, Customer Success Team, and Sales Leadership
• Manages and coordinates customer related technical tasks
• Performs Import/Exports, Integrations, Implementations, and Technical Support as needed
• Provides frontline support and root cause analysis with customers in case of technical issues
• Provides initial technical assessment on new requests
• Prepares the system for presentations
• Strong written and oral communication skills – proven client facing skills
• Participates in customer calls
• Improves serviceability of the product by developing tools to scale our field deployment and proactive-support infrastructure
• Defines and drives changes to our product with the development engineering team, given feedback from customers and field implementations
• Delivers excellence in your engagement and challenge the status quo, be different, become extraordinary

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or related experience
• Strong Experience with Scripting in SQL, Data Migration and integration, and working with API's.
• Command line proficiency Unix, Mac OSX
• Experience in Education Technology and/or Early Childhood highly desired
• Up to 50% Travel
